A Chinese porcelain Ming Swatow deep dish painted in the centre with a turquoise Buddhist lion encircled by an iron-red ribbon and brocade ball, the wide border with three phoenix birds in flight, between large sprays of lotus, chrysanthemum and peony, heightened with green enamel leaves.
A Chinese porcelain famille rose tureen, cover and stand, with two upright handles and European mask terminals, decorated with double peacock pattern amongst famille rose sprays with spearhead and ingot borders, all beneath an openwork crown finial.

A Chinese porcelain large blue and white kosometsuke saucer dish in the form of a lotus flower-head, with moulded petals and foliate rim, the centre with an open flower-head encircled by a band of stylised leaves and a blue ground band of scrolls beneath the double petal moulded leaves dispersed between wan characters, the underside similarly decorated with a double band of moulded lotus petals.
A Chinese porcelain kosometsuke waterpot in the form of twin peaches, with stalk and foliage in relief, painted with four butterflies on a key-fret ground, the three biscuit feet of butterfly form.

A Chinese porcelain blue and white kosometsuke sweetmeat dish in the form of a fisherman or gaijin (foreigner) holding a conch, wearing a large hat and a sash all on four circular feet, the details rendered with lines, wash and fukizumi, the underside with his face moulded and painted to reveal the features and enriched with fukizumi.
A Chinese porcelain blue and white kosometsuke sweetmeat dish in the form of a conch shell, painted with a carp li yu amongst aquatic plants, the ribbed end with fukizumi, the underside with further fukizumi, on three circular feet. 
7 ¼ inches, 18.4cm long.

Arms of Willis Impaling Brewsyard: <br> A pair of Chinese porcelain armorial circular dishes with everted rims painted in blue, green, black, red enamels, iron-red and gilt with a shield divided in half with three gilt stags heads on a black ground, the other half with three iron-red stars divided by a black chevron surmounted by an open-winged eagle standing on a helmet, all above a motto Tenax Pro Positi within an anhua (hidden design) carved border of chrysanthemum alternating with camellia amongst scrolling foliage.
A Chinese porcelain blue and white kosometsuke sweetmeat dish in the form of a sheep, the face outlined, the body with a blue wash ground and individual lines to imitate the hairwork, moulded on the underside to reveal the features, all on three short feet.

A Chinese porcelain famille rose English market hunting bowl, finely painted on the exterior after an original print by James Seymour, with a continuous scene of twenty-six equestrian riders with numerous dogs in a fox-hunt amongst buildings in a rocky landscape, the inner well with another equestrian astride a galloping white horse beneath a gilt spear-head band at the rim, repeated on the exterior of the foot.
A Chinese porcelain blue and white kosometsuke sweetmeat dish in the form of a Chinese perch gui yu, the details painted in lines, wash and splashed dots fukizumi, the underside moulded to reveal the features of the fish, on three circular feet.

A pair of Chinese porcelain botanical plates, outlined in underglaze blue and finely enamelled at the centre with a blue iris and an orchid, both with caterpillars crawling on their leaves, and a butterfly, all within a an underglaze blue and gilt floral band in the well, and a broad band of iron-red and aubergine strapwork with turquoise-green acanthus leaves and gilt stylised flower-heads at the border.
A Chinese porcelain blue and white kosometsuke sweetmeat dish in the form of a recumbent buffalo, the details picked out in lines and blue wash splashed on both sides with fukizumi, the underside moulded to reveal the features with the outlined face, all on three short feet.

A Chinese porcelain blue and white kosometsuke sweetmeat dish in the form of a recumbent horse, the details painted in outline and blue wash, the underside moulded and outlined to reveal the features of the horses head and splashed with fukizumi , all on four short feet.
A Chinese porcelain famille verte, rouge de fer and gilt armorial dish painted in the centre with the Royal Arms of France encircled by the collars of the Orders of Saint-Michel and Saint-Esprit between vignettes with trays of melon above lotus branches, a tray with a finger citron and a fruiting pomegranate and prunus branch between diaper gilt and iron-red bands with four further vignettes of stylised flowers on an iron-red and gilt lotus ground, the underside with four iron-red camellia sprays.

A Chinese porcelain large armorial dish painted in the centre with the arms of Thomas Pitt of Blandford, Baron Londonderry, with those of his wife Lady Frances Ridgeway in pretence above a banderol inscribed with the motto AMITIE, the rim with the stork crest beneath a baron`s coronet between fronds, within four oval panels alternating with gold and iron-red floral sprays, the underside with lingzhi mark within a double circle in underglaze-blue.
A Chinese porcelain famille rose semi egg-shell saucer dish, delicately painted with a seated lady watching two boys at play beside two large jars, books, tied scrolls, a jardinière of flowers and fruit including finger citron and a wood pedestal stand with a vase of peony and orchid beside a gilt tripod incense burner, all encircled by demi-lotus flowerheads and foliage within an octagonal diaper band with stylised jewelled flowerheads at the rim.

A pair of Chinese porcelain famille rose groups of lovers, each depicting a kneeling gentleman wearing a chilong dragon-medallion robe holding a conical square cup and smiling at a lady standing at his side with her arm over his shoulder, each figure with detailed head dress, the lady with elaborate striped robes and ruyi head yellow-ground shawl.

Canton depicting the foreign factories of America, France, Britain, Denmark who’s flag signified the headquarters of Jardine Matheson one of who’s directors acted as the Danish Consul, the flag of Hamburg and the flag of Prussia and dated to December 6th 1856..

Macau depicting the Praya Grande looking North East from the rocky shore across the bay are the Monte and Guia Hills each with a fort at its summit.
Whampoa the deep water anchorage on the Pearl River about eight miles downstream from Canton where the East Indiamen lay at anchor during the four month trading season, the view is taken from Dane’s Island looking towards Wampoa Island with its two pagodas.

Blue and white ko-sometsuke water bucket and cover, mizusashi, of broad cylindrical form with upright gate handle imitating the wooden prototype, painted on the body with two bands of twelve panels divided by a blue-washed raised rib, the lower band with crab, fish, shell and shrimp above aquatic plants and crested waves, the band at the rim with cranes in flight between stylised clouds and swirls repeated on the handle sides, all beneath the cross-join decorated with a central flowerhead and scrolling branches, the flat fitted cover with cranes in flight amongst stylised clouds and swirls within a double ring with three bamboo openwork nodes forming the finial.
A pair of Chinese porcelain famille rose rococo form candlesticks with naturalistic leaf and branch handle, modelled as a flower head with pink and green leaves, supported on a large open leaf with red berries all on an integral square base moulded with gilt scrolls on a blue ground with iron-red edges and again on an integral flat plinth, the unglazed base with recessed square.
