Blue and white deep dish painted with two peonies in full bloom growing from a single stem bearing buds and veined leaves, encircled in the well by a continuous band of seven peony flowerheads and buds on a single stem, between double rings, the everted rim with a wide classic scroll band outlined by a single line border inside the raised lipped rim, the underside with a continuous scrolling branch with eight lotus flowerheads, the base unglazed.
Longquan large celadon dish of fluted form with foliate barbed everted rim and raised lip covered overall with an even sea-green glaze pooling slightly in the flutes, the base with a ring burnt orange in the firing.

Imperial massive blue and white fish bowl, yu gang, with lipped rim, painted with three carp and a freshwater perch (also known as mandarin fish) amongst lotus flowerheads, leaves, underground stem (rhizome), water clover, fern and other aquatic plants, all between double lines, the base unglazed.
Blue and white jar of hexagonal baluster form, painted with four octofoil panels of three carp and a perch (known as a mandarin fish) amongst lotus and aquatic plants separated by four pairs of stylised lotus flowerheads and lingzhi clouds, each facet of the shoulder with a ruyi-head lappet enclosing a shou character on a blue-wash diaper ground divided by pendant jewels, the neck with quatrefoil floral panels, the foot with floral lappet band, the base unglazed with collector’s flower head drill mark.

Imperial green-ground iron-red decorated vase of gourd form, the lower bulb painted with four lotus flowerheads on a scrolling branch amongst leaves, beneath a classic scroll band on the shoulder, the upper bulb with three lotus flowerheads on a similar scrolling branch amongst leaves, above three peony flowerheads on a scrolling floral branch at the waist.
Imperial green-ground saucer dish with gently flaring rim, incised in the centre with a yellow five-clawed dragon in pursuit of a flaming pearl amongst stylised lingzhi clouds and flames within a double ring, the underside with two dragons, each in pursuit of a flaming pearl, the base with collector’s mark.

Imperial large deep bowl with flaring rim on tall slightly inverted foot, covered overall in a rich and even egg-yolk yellow glaze, the base glazed white.
Imperial blue and white pear-shaped bottle vase with cylindrical flared neck and galleried rim painted on the body in a continuous scene with the eight Daoist immortals, Shoulao and two other immortals with an attendant chasing a hound, some holding their attributes, others with their attributes in the sky, all in a landscape with pine trees beneath clouds, with a dragon in flight, a floating sword, broom and a crane beneath mountain peaks and birds, the neck with two bands, one of triangular diaper, beneath branches and scrolls.

Imperial blue and white small shallow bowl painted on the exterior with six of the eight Daoist immortals, Han Zhongli holding his fan, Cao Guojiu his two beaters for keeping time, Zhang Guolao the fish drum and two metal beaters, Lan Caihe a vase, Lu Dongbin seen here with a book, and Li Tieguai holding a gourd, all above crested waves, the interior painted in the well with a flowerhead medallion of chrysanthemum, prunus, camellia and peony within a double ring.
Imperial small wucai jar, guan, painted with a wide band of stylised lotus flowerheads on a single scrolling branch with leaves, two large blooms in iron-red, one in yellow and one in underglaze blue, all between wide bands of lappets above the foot and at the shoulder, the neck with a scrolling foliate band.

Imperial wucai large circular box and domed cover with bud-form knop painted on the lower section with a wide band of five dragons, wu long, each with five claws, a pair in iron-red enamel, one in yellow, one in green and one in underglaze blue, each in pursuit of a flaming pearl amongst stylised flames and lingzhi clouds beneath a continuous branch of flowerheads and leaves including aster, camellia and prunus, the foot with a band of prunus flowerheads on green waves; the cover painted with a wide band of flowering and fruiting prunus branches issuing from rockwork with birds and butterflies in flight above a band of scrolls at the rim and beneath a further wide band with three mirrored pairs of figures, a seated dignitary holding a cup facing a standing attendant holding a large iron-red wine ewer with another behind him in a continuous landscape with pine trees and foliage beneath a domed iron-red band of lappets.
Imperial wucai shallow bowl painted on the exterior in a continuous scene with two walking figures carrying a dish and a precious object between a similarly laden deer and a saddled green qilin, all amongst flowers, leaves and stylised clouds beneath a band of six flowers and leaves at the rim, painted in the well of the interior with a confronting iron-red winged dragon fish amongst clouds and flames within a double ring.

Imperial green-ground incised saucer dish with gently flaring rim, incised in the centre with an archaic style four sided gu-form vase containing three branches of flowering peony and two branches of flowering prunus in a double ring medallion encircled by eight yellow-ground treasures, babao, tied with incised aubergine ribbons, the underside with six lingzhi fungus branches all on a luminous green ground, the base incised with a collector’s mark.
Blue and white hexagonal baluster vase with gently waisted neck, painted with five carp and a perch (also known as a mandarin fish), each swimming in their own abstract white reserve formed as crested waves, on an underglaze blue swirling wave ground, above a band of stylised leaves and lappets at the foot and beneath a band of six large interlocked ruyi-heads at the shoulder, the neck with six rectangular panels of aster flowerheads between stylised leaves, the base unglazed.

Blue and white pear-shaped bottle vase with tall slender neck, painted on the body with a pair of falcons, each standing and tied to a perch between jardinières of chrysanthemum, camellia and rockwork on low pedestal stands, all beneath the moon with cloud scrolls and two further birds in flight, beneath pendant tasselled necklace on the neck, surmounted by a Middle-Eastern metalwork cover.
Blue and white ko-sometsuke water bucket and cover, mizusashi, of broad cylindrical form with upright gate handle imitating the wooden prototype, painted on the body with two bands of twelve panels divided by a blue-washed raised rib, the lower band with crab, fish, shell and shrimp above aquatic plants and crested waves, the band at the rim with cranes in flight between stylised clouds and swirls repeated on the handle sides, all beneath the cross-join decorated with a central flowerhead and scrolling branches, the flat fitted cover with cranes in flight amongst stylised clouds and swirls within a double ring with three bamboo openwork nodes forming the finial.
